Hotel Vila Luena - Vila Verde (Braga)

Amazing staff, were really nice, helped with transportation, caring and safe, rescue in a difficult situation, best thing ever experienced.

Hard to think of anything.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond during our stay. They were always available to give us advice on key locations to visit and recommended some fantastic restaurants. we appreciated the fact that they turned on the air conditioning for us when we asked as it was quite hot during our stay. Another advantage was the continental breakfast which had a variety of cakes and pastries to choose from.

Parking in the area was quite difficult during our stay. There were only spots available for a maximum of two hours and we ended up having to find parking 8 blocks away from the hotel.

The hotel has a warm and friendly staff who offer excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to help the guests and ensure their comfort. the breakfast buffet has a variety of sweet treats like cakes and natas, making it a good option for dessert lovers. the rooms are cozy and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the hotel provides good facilities like air conditioning and parking convenience, which is within few blocks around the hotel.

The parking space is limited and challenging to find nearby.

The staff was helpful and were really good too ensure my safety. The hotel turned on the air conditioning upon request and the room was clean.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to several important attractions in the city. the breakfast offers a variety of options, and the staff is very accommodating. the air conditioning system was excellent, making the room temperature very comfortable.

Finding a parking spot was a bit of a hassle and we had to park several blocks away from the hotel. the staff eventually resolved the issue professionally and efficiently.
